Are there any awesome alternative rock bands?

Posted in alternative rock | January 12th, 2010

I know Lifehouse and Goo Goo Dolls. I think those bands are great!
It would be great if you guys can tell me some other bands that are worth listening to.
Preferably alternative rock, pop rock.

Nice:)
Ok, I have a few suggestions for ya.

The Maine is a band formed in 2007. They cuties for sure, and they’re music is punk/pop. They’re not well known, but they’re really good. A good music video is "Into Your Arms" or "Everything I Ask For"

Pinhead Gunpowder is an older band, but they made a greatest hits album called "Kick Over the Traces." They’re grunge/punk/rock. Like Nirvana. Also the singer is Billie Joe from Green Day :)

All Time Low they formed in… probably 2003 or 2002. They have 3 albums, and are similar to The Maine, but they’re more known. If I had to choose a song for you to listen to, it would be "Poppin’ Champagne’ or ‘Remembering Sunday.’

Summerlin is a good band too. They’re from the UK I think. I don’t know much about them because I just started to listen to them. You listen to "I Have a Future and You’re Not In It."

Hope I helped :) Have funnn :D
