What are some good alternative rock/folk rock songs?

I’m going to audition for something and it calls for a song in the alternative rock or folk rock genre. Help me out, I can’t quite think of any good songs in those genres!

    try black lungs or city and colour for folk rock. rise against and billy talent for alternative

    Secondhand Serenade’s songs are like rock/folk songs and they’re all pretty good. I would suggest the ones from the album A Twist In My Story though or Vulnerable from Awake.
